We are free delivery nationwide for those maximum 1,490 PHP worth of orders. If your order did not reach 1,490 PHP, customer will be shouldering the delivery fee of 190 PHP.

Yes, when you place an order in our website, just write down in the โNOTEโ box your LBC or J&T Branch that you wish to be picked up your order. Or if you are just around Cebu or Manila area, you can also have your order pick up in our physical store. You can place an order through our website, Facebook or Instagram Page or even through SMS, we will be assisting you through all the ways that we can.ย ย

Your privacy is strictly important from us thatโs why we are automatically wrapping your order before sending it to you.ย Soย nobody will have an idea what is inside the package, we also not writing anything. We are describing your order as a gift.ย
If you wish to cancel your order please be inform that;ย
For Cash on Delivery: Order cancellations are okay as long as your order isn’t dispatched yet. Please note that we dispatch COD orders the next business day after the order was placed.ย Soย if you want to cancel your order, please contact usย as soon as possible.ย Kindly send us an email or write to us through any of our social media accounts so that we can manually cancel your order. Once it is dispatched, cancellations are strictly prohibited.ย ย
For non-COD:ย Cancellations for orders that already paid and processed are strictly forbidden.ย
Changes areย possibleย for orders that are already dispatchedย butย firstย you have to send back the item weย haveย sentย toย you. Take note that it should be inย good condition and unused. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, kindly take note of the following:ย
For non-COD orders: Once you’ve finished checking out, youย canย notย make changes to your order from the website anymore. However, you can always email us to cancel your first order, and you may place another order again.ย ย
For Cash on Delivery orders: Please contact usย as soon as possible,ย so that we can make adjustments to your order. Once we dispatch your order, changes are no longer permitted.ย We can only change it once you have received the first order, and send it back to us in a good condition and unused.ย
We are very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, courier operationsย areย out of our controlย and the best we canย do is to help you follow up with the courierย that we used to send your order. However, it isย muchย better that you contact them yourself as they may need some other details that we may not be able to provide such as landmark to your house, your availability, etc. But if you’re not available to do so, we would gladly assist you. If you have received a defective item,ย please beย kindย enough toย send us an email within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Please attach pictures of the said item and provide us with a description of the trouble you are experiencing withย the product that you have purchase from us. We willย be glad to assist you.ย
Thisย scenario is very rare to happen, but in the event that you have received the wrong item or package, kindly send us an email with pictures of the items so that we could send your correct purchase to your doorstep immediately.ย
Yes, just place an order in our website and fill up the delivery form, make sure to provide the recipients complete name, address, and contact number. We will contact the receiver before sending your order, and inform you as well after the package has been delivered.ย
As of now we donโt deliver overseas due to some customs issue and we are not sure about the safety of your order.ย
