Exchange Policy

Hygiene is one of the most important factors we practice for every customer's safety. For this reason, the ones valid for exchanges are only those received products with manufacturing defects. For store purchases, our staff will show you the products, try to operate it and show you how to charge it or the proper battery orientation to make sure the products are working well.

We have 7 days exchange policy. Which means after you received your product, you will have 7 days to request an exchange. Outside this timeline, the products could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control that could have contributed to the defect. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in same condition as you received it, unworn and unused. It should be in its original packaging with tags. You will also need to show us the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges based on change of mind or satisfaction matter. Strictly no refund under any circumstances. If the same product is not available in our stocks, you can use it as a store credit equal to the value of products without expiration.
