Due to the nature of our products, hygiene is one of the most important factors we practice and always keep in mind for every customer’s safety. We want to inform you that the ones valid for returns, or exchanges are only those received with manufacturing defects. For store purchases, our staff will show you the items and try to make it work and show you how to charge or the proper battery orientation to make sure the items are working well as demonstrated.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control that could have contributed to the damage/defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund nor can we accept exchanges based on a change-of-mind or satisfaction matter (think of it as when buying underwear or other intimate clothing).
